Carevolution Australia has evolved into a purpose-driven space dedicated to supporting parents and carers navigating child-related trauma, chronic illness, disability, mental health challenges, identity experiences, and the complexities of systems such as the NDIS that deeply impact family life.
I’m Nicole Hoste. With an ICC Coaching Accreditation, Trauma-Informed Certification, a Diploma in Counselling, and leadership experience within the disability sector supporting families and individuals navigating the NDIS, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to this work.
Through both my professional roles and personal journey, I understand the emotional and practical challenges families face when navigating disability, chronic illness, mental health concerns, school systems, therapies, and long-term support pathways.
My personal journey has included homelessness, family violence, and walking alongside the realities of child abuse, chronic illness, disability, mental health struggles, and identity-related challenges within my own family. These experiences have shaped not only my resilience, but also my ability to support others through the moments where life feels uncertain, overwhelming, and impossible to make sense of.
I understand what it is to receive life-altering news about your child while trying to process appointments, therapies, education supports, emotional challenges, and complex systems like the NDIS—all while attempting to hold your family together.
I offer grounded, trauma-informed support for parents and carers navigating these experiences and the impact they have on wellbeing, relationships, identity, and family systems.
This is a space for honesty, understanding, advocacy, and support. A space where you do not have to explain the exhaustion of constantly advocating, navigating systems, or carrying the emotional weight of caring for others.
Reach out when you are ready to begin.
This is not therapy. This is support from someone who understands both professionally and personally.

This space is for carers who have discovered, or are navigating, the reality of abuse in their child’s life.
These moments can fracture everything you thought you knew about safety, trust, family, and even yourself as a parent. The shock, confusion, anger, grief, and helplessness can feel overwhelming and isolating.
This work is not about fixing what has happened or rushing you through your response. It is about having a grounded, trauma-informed space where you can process what you are carrying,
You are not expected to have the answers here. You are supported in finding your footing one step at a time.

This support is for parents navigating the complex reality of their child experiencing chronic illness, mental health challenges, or identity-related changes.
These experiences often overlap and affect every part of family life, medical care, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and your own sense of stability as a parent.
Many parents find themselves carrying fear, grief, confusion, and exhaustion while still trying to make decisions and show up for their child.
This is a grounded space to help you process what you are facing, understand the emotional impact, and find steadiness in the midst of ongoing uncertainty.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need support while you navigate it.
